Returns We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
- Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition you received them.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care or body care products. Sale items are also final sale and cannot be refunded.
How to Start a Return
- Please email us at sales@thewickedwash.com with your order number to request a return.

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will email you to confirm the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
